Tassel garland is made from premium Satin Wraps tissue paper and mylar, built on optional string with tassels that are 25cm length.
Tassels can be easily moved around so you can create a fuller or sparse look.
COLOURS: Breeze blue and mountain mist.
Optional string: satin ribbon in a matching color, linen twine or white decorative rope. (Choose at the drop down menu)

Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
