Poms ship pre-assembled, but not fully bloomed. Instructions are included for easy un-fluffing.
Poms will be cut in various ways to add texture, unless requested otherwise.

We make every effort to despatch your parcel out as soon as possible. Normally delivery within UK and EU 3-5 working days and 10-14 w.d for non- eu customers for our Standard delivery service. We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any time. Be aware that it's possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
