DIY TISSUE PAPER TASSEL GARLAND KIT – CUSTOM COLOURS
Each kit will make selected length garland with selected quantity of tassels ( each tassel 35cm long) in custom colours.
You will receive tissue paper, which has been precisely sliced into strips. All left to do is simply fold and twist the tassels into shape. A very easy DIY Garland.

6ft /180cm tassel garland with 15 tassels

12ft/365cm tassel garland with 25 tassels
20ft/610cm tassel garland with 40 tassels
Each garland comes with selected length and type string with 6″ (20cm) on each end for tying.

Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
